3 Sunday Morning Thoughts – Dec 1 (Thanksgiving Edition)

Written by Bryan Lutz, Editor at Dollarcollapse.com:

Happy American Thanksgiving!

I hope you are enjoying your weekend with friends and family alike.

If you’re new…

Every Sunday morning I send out three thoughts.

Sometimes these thoughts are on the economy, life, or hard assets.

If they’re helpful or hopeful to you, that’s great… Sometimes it just comes down to reality. That’s what I’m interested in…

So, here we go.

Here are three Sunday morning thoughts for you:

1. This is a gentle reminder that commies hate it when you gather for Thanksgiving. Why should eating ever be political? The goes for regulating the farmers for “green” initiatives too.

Thanksgiving is more than an every day meal with a few extra trimmings, gravy, and a big bird in the middle of the table.

It is a celebration of those relationships closest to us, remembering family is the building block of strong social systems.

But this, and American history, has mostly been forgotten by the younger generations.

In fact, many of the “great” historical champions of American Federalism used Thanksgiving to extol the State.

Ryan McMaken writes:

“For example, Abraham Lincoln demanded Americans be thankful for ”the advancing armies and navies of the Union” during the Civil War. George Washington instructed Americans to give thanks for the new constitution in 1789.”

The Soviet’s thought the same, but were a little further along.

“Indeed, in 1923 Lenin’s communists released a propaganda pamphlet titled Down with the Private Kitchen. As recounted by Anya von Bremzen, the pamphlet explained how “the traditional domestic kitchen was branded as ideologically reactionary” and ineffectual.

The Soviet authorities pushed residents toward government-run cafeterias known as stolovayas (dining rooms). This was believed to accelerate the process of conditioning Soviet citizens with communist propaganda.”

Eating should never get political.

The same goes for “green” initiatives.

When governments start to control the food supply for our “benefit,” what they’re actually doing is controlling what reaches our tables.

Eventually, the only person to thank becomes the government because that’s who’s become your provider. Not the farmers and manufacturers who freely choose to produce what sells…

2. Trump’s new FBI Director appointment doesn’t look good for the pedos.

Kash Patel, a lawyer, and investigator served Trump during his last Presidency.

The Telegraph reports:

“Mr Kash, 44, previously served during Mr Trump’s presidency as a National Security Council official, a senior advisor to the director of national intelligence, and later was appointed chief of staff to the acting United States secretary of defence…

…In a book entitled “Government Gangsters” – aimed at adults, not children – he argued that the FBI’s “top ranks” should be sacked because the agency is “so thoroughly compromised that it will remain a threat to the people unless drastic measures are taken.”

Patel has vowed to take action including the release of the Epstein client list.

And that’s good news.

Then everyone can know what’s really happening behind the closed doors of our leaders, entertainers, and elites.

Here he is on the Benny Johnson show talking about the what should be done.

I don’t feel guilty when I say there should be justice executed against the sexually abusive panda lovers.

3. The US Treasury bond market doesn’t look good, but gold looks good and it’s just getting started. Choose your future.

It’s time to choose between a failing bond market, or moving to gold.

Because US Treasury futures aren’t looking good.

It’s a total bear market for bonds.

With enough umph, charisma, whatcha-ma-call-it magic, Trump raised the stock market up for the last two weeks.

Now things are changing.

The dollar is headed back down…

Treasury yields continue to rise…

And the price of US debt is getting cheaper.

Just as we see above.

So where does that leave gold?

The good news is we don’t need to think about “moment-to-moment” predictions.

That’s what history is for…

Each historical gold breakout is shown in the chart below:

The red line is where we are today.

You see?

There’s lots of room for gold prices to go much higher.
