The saints at the annual World Economic Forum(WEF) appear boondoggled.
They just can’t figure out what’s gone wrong.
So, their reluctantly repentant leader takes the stage…
During his opening speech, Klaus Schwab, the leader of the WEF proclaimed this year’s most important issue, “rebuilding trust…”
And linking the importance of the elite class with the idea of trusteeship, the idea that those in the room are the ones responsible to take care of the world, not the individual.
In his view, the individual ought to trust the elites, and it is the elite’s job to “rebuild trust.”
But it seems that the individuals(the average joes) of the world don’t think so.
Schawb’s opening statement was interpreted by one of his elite attendees during an on air interview.
Allianz CEO, Oliver Bate says the saintly trustees of the world have been boondoggled. No one trusts them!
And that’s a big problem.

A growing detachment between political leaders and populations presents the biggest risk in a busy election year, according to Allianz CEO, Oliver Bäte.
“Asked on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, on Tuesday what he considers the main global risk at present, Bäte pointed to a lack of trust from populations in their governments across major democracies…
“You’ve seen recent elections in the Netherlands, you’ve seen it in France, and societies are polarizing because our leaders are not addressing the needs of the people,” he said.
“We have an increasing detachment of the political elite from the working class and the people that actually go to work every day, and that, I see as the number one risk for our societies,” Bäte said.”
Over and over again throughout history, those with wealth and power cannot help but turn to see themselves as the good, the righteous, and the fair.
But it is the same policies preached at the WEF that have created fear, distrust in government, and poverty.
Javier Milei made it clear what the real problems are:
“The leaders of the Western world have abandoned the model of freedom for different versions of what we call collectivism. Collectivist experiments are never the solution to the problems that afflict the citizens of the world.”
“Do not surrender to the advance of the state! You are the true protagonists of this story! Long live freedom, dammit!”
All while those wearing blinding halos in the room asked, “Who let that guy into heaven?…
