“I am a great eater of beef, and I believe that does harm to my wit.”

Steaks are breaking $100 a pack at Costco.
This new psychological pricing level is creating a questionable food crisis.
And it’s not just because of inflation.

If inflation weren’t enough, it is a lack of supply that is sealing the deal.
While the main stream media points to increases in “global demand,” there is actually something else more sinister in play.
You may have heard “leftist, globalist-elites” want to stop you from eating beef.
The proof is now in the price.
It’s also marinated like this…
Bloomberg reports:
US Cattle Herd Shrinks to 73-Year-Low in Blow for Beef Lovers
“The US cattle herd shrank to the lowest level in more than seven decades as ranchers continue to send their cows to slaughter, threatening to keep beef prices at stubbornly high levels for consumers for at least another couple of years while eroding profits for meat processors…
…Cattle herds usually go through years-long cycles of growth and decline that are mostly driven by supply and demand.
Still, more structural trends such as urbanization, labor shortages and increased competition for farmland with crops such as corn and soybeans have led to a persistent reduction in cow numbers over the past several decades.”
If you read that the way I did, you might see this:
Government regulations are reducing farmers ability to produce beef in Europe and other left-wing socialist countries.
So global demand is increasing.
Meanwhile, regulations in the United States are denying cattle producers farmland in favor of corn and soy beans.
So, cattle shrinking to a 73-Year-Low is not such a simple supply and demand issue. Like it’s the farmers fault for slaughter too many cows.
Shortages are the effect of a shrinking globalized supply chain, and regulatory oppression.

For those into forecasting (betting) on cattle futures, you know what to do.
