It seems as though some part of the United States has been united under Trump.
Talking heads from the business world like Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy…
Former Democrats like Tulsi Gabbard, Robert Kennedy, and his Silicon Valley VP pick, Nicole Shanahan…
All these people rallied behind Trump to help him win an election unlike anything previously seen in American history.
Trump’s rally cry on Nov.4 (now with over 1M views), pushed democrats into the losing corner, but there is one thing Americans missed.
One thing that may push Trump, and the rest of America into a corner.
A corner, which America may choose to flee from or fight.
Trump, and the American taxpayers will face overwhelming Federal debt in 2025, and if you are not familiar with American history…
Governments tend to solve their currency crises by going to war.
Now, last Sunday I wrote to you about war because it was Remembrance Day in Canada (and Veterans Day in the US) on Monday.
I mentioned how I was close to pacifism in most circumstances, and leaning heavily into the anti-war perspective on almost all issues.
That was for a variety of reasons, but for the purpose of this message, I wanted to share this interesting reply.

“I tell my sons — who are 12 and 17 — all the time that war is about murdering people and blowing shit up. and that the ONLY reason you ever go to war is when you’re actually backed into a corner, where it would be worse if you didn’t go. That sort of circumstance hasn’t happened since the Korean war…
…They’re based on dammed lies, every one of them!”
Many readers remember America’s wars.
You probably do too.
The lies of “Weapons of Mass Destruction” (WMD) in Iraq…
The propaganda feeding the proxy war in Korea…
The kindling of provocation in the Gulf of Tonkin, and “misinformation” fuelling conflagration of war in Vietnam…
And FDR’s funding of the Allied Forces in Europe preparing American industry for the production of bullets and butter.
All of these incidents came at a particular time when the United States had a functioning currency, and/or debt crisis.
Some, like Iraq, were a play for American dominance stemming from anticipated scarcity…
Leading to scarcity later.
Other wars, like WWII, were driven by scarcity in the moment.
Which do you suppose was more persuasive?
Real, felt scarcity.
For example, since the Fed starting cutting rates in September of this year rising treasury bond yields are signalling the decline of the dollar.
MarketWatch reports:
10-year Treasury yield breaks through key resistance levels on way to 5%
“Since mid-September, the widely followed yield has risen past one resistance level after another, starting with 4.21% and 4.3%, the latter of which is described as a proverbial line in the sand that has begun to cause problems for the stock market over the past year…
The rate has jumped about 80 basis points from its 52-week low of 3.62% reached on Sept. 16.”
In order to pay back these bonds, the feds will need to print more money, debasing the USD.
Except there’s one problem. They’re already printing and paying $1.13 trillion in interest payments towards the federal debt, which works out to about $3 Billion per day…
These two factors will cause inflation forcing hungry citizens to pay more for groceries.
And that means, more scarcity will be felt by the average American… backing Trump into a corner.
One wonders if he’ll push Americans to fight their way out.
I hope not.
Because debt and the decline of fiat currencies isn’t an “America Only” problem.
It’s global.
The major powers of the world are all mostly in the same position.
Hopefully, the solution is to stop the fighting…to promote peace…like the almost hard to watch conversation between Trump and Biden at the White House calling for a peaceful transfer of power with both men positioned in the respective corners.

Thieves are in charge of the hen house! Soon all the chickens will be gone. When hungry the crowd will react and the wolves will become extinct. History repeats itself. The jewels of the world will once again be gleaming.
