By the end of New York’s Tuesday night Mayoral vote, Curtis Sliwa won 7.1% of the vote. He was the lone Republican running against the scandal clad Andrew Cuomo, and Cultural Marxist, Zohran Momdani.
Sliwa has been a controversial figure since 1977 when he started a group called ‘The Magnificent 13,’ which later became New York’s ‘Guardian Angels.’ They are pretty much street vigilantes. In a recent interview, Sliwa admitted to being arrested over 77 times. In the early years, he says sometimes he was beaten. Sometimes he wasn’t. It just depended on the day, but one thing was for sure, he knew how violent New York could get. And he loved New York.
Nothing about the violence he witnessed on the streets and the subway was a part of “social construction” of the day. It was stealing, assault, vandalism. All of the above…

Something tells me New York is about to find out what “artificially constructed” violence is all about.
Sliwa’s Guardian Angels have grown from local patrols in the Bronx and subway to an organization operating in multiple U.S. cities and internationally. Sliwa would educate citizens on their rights to arrest, train them in self-defense, mentor youth, and then conduct patrols in large groups. Sometimes these patrols would last from 8pm all the way to 4am in the morning.
Needless to say, he has put his heart and soul into the organization for over four decades.
After a long-time stint as a radio broadcaster, Sliwa was the only one willing to step up for the Republican candidacy. He now lives in a small apartment with his wife, Nancy, and over 18 cats. I’ve said it before in one of my Sunday Morning Thoughts, and I can say it again here. You can tell how civilized a people are by how they treat their animals. Sliwa may be controversial, defying societal norms, but as far as a citizen (not his marriages), he does the right thing (most of the time). He advocates for animal welfare, and communities where everyone, no matter their creed or religion can feel safe.
During his run for Mayor, Silwa was getting call after call to step down, exit the race, and call off his campaign because he wasn’t fairing well in the polls. I found a sound-byte recorded before election day, and I have to say, he’s very convincing when it comes to his reason why…

Sliwa should have been the mayor but democrats are mentally ill. Republicans in NYC are RINOs. They asked Curtis to drop out so killer Cuomo would have a better chance. NYC voted to bring these 3rd world leaches into NYC and then they used NYC taxes to feed, clothe, and house them. When they increased in population sufficiently they took control of the politics and voted one of their own in. Democrats did it to themselves They deserve all the Jihad, alla akbar, and communism they get out of this. The moving to other states is already started. Democrats will probably bring their voting stupidity with them because they think voting democrat is somehow different than voting communist. NYC will never be the same again.
NYC is going to be a mess. When all of the wealthy leave, who will pay for the pie-in-the-sky promises Zohran the Moron made? LIbbies who wanted the free stuff, that’s who. He can’t even implement most the stuff he promised. But the libbies heard “Trump bad! Free stuff for you!” Good luck NYC…you asked for it, now you will receive!

The newly selected Islamunist mayor of NYC is a true turning point for not only NYC but most likely the democrat party. If he takes his marxist wrecking ball to NYC and the democrat leadership embraces his brand of leadership, they will have ripped the mask off once and for all. They will have undeniably exposed themselves in front of all the world as the party of heretics that we always knew they were; hellbent on destroying the country.
