The Year’s Most Awkward Celebration Yet

“A great revolution is never the fault of the people, but of the government.”

Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

Written by Bryan Lutz, Editor at Dollarcollapse.com:

Aside from the touching, it’s this year’s most awkward celebration yet.

Biden giving a Presidential Award to Liz Cheney, who Chaired the House January 6 Committee, while his recently pardoned son, Hunter Biden sat in the audience.

And, all this happening at exactly the right timing – four days before the anniversary of the supposedly seditious acts on Capitol Hill.

The Daily Mail reports:

Awkward moment Biden gripped onto Liz Cheney’s hand and wouldn’t let go during presidential medal ceremony

“President Joe Biden got a grip at an event honoring Liz Cheney – and wouldn’t let go of her hand.

Biden was presenting an award to the former Wyoming Republican, who helped helm the House January 6 Committee and then threw her political support to Vice President Kamala Harris

…Biden, 81, smiled and held Cheney’s hand after presenting her with a medal. Cheney herself gave Biden a quick pat on the back. At one point about seven seconds in as they mugged for the cameras, Cheney moved forward as if to return to her seat.

Biden pulled her back in, and the photo-op continued, as the crowd continued to roar its approval for the conservative daughter of Vice President Dick Cheney who called Trump’s claims of election fraud ‘a lie.’…

…The entire encounter lasted nearly 30 seconds.

Seated in the audience were Hunter Biden and his wife Melissa and son Beau Biden, Jr.”

The blatant politicization of the Presidential position could not be made more of a mockery.

And corruption, no more evident.

Just a few months ago, Biden pardoned his son, Hunter Biden for gun, and tax convictions despite the promise he wouldn’t do so.

Yet, he sits in a most-likely prioritized seat to award those like Liz Cheney, who have betrayed the people for the sake of the establishment.

Meanwhile, Cheney and those at the FBI are bracing for the policies of the new Director of the FBI, Kash Patel…

A man who is undoubtedly on a mission to search and destroy political corruption, the Deep State, and any unauthorized hanky panky between FBI Senior management.

They are all noticeably worried.

And that includes the Biden family who are bold enough to put on an award show to reward the heroes of a questionable 2020 election, a Jan.6 witch hunt, and cronyism.

The justification is always the same…

Like I spoke to you about yesterday, crisis after crisis the government grows, and now we see how it rewards itself for doing so.

Crisis after crisis.

Corruption after corruption.

Apparently, no one understands the importance of the FBI having the right to spy on citizens.

They’re doing a great job.

Breitbart reports:

Whitehouse: ‘Nightmare’ Kash Patel Will Disable FBI that Protects Us Against Terrorism

“Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) claimed Thursday on MSNBC’s “The Last Word” that President-elect Donald Trump’s nominee for FBI director, Kash Patel, has “nightmare views” that will “close the part of the FBI that helps protect us” against foreign terrorism.

Whitehouse said, “Remember the history of all of this. We, for a long time as Americans, have made the determination that we did not want the CIA and other American intelligence agencies operating within the United States against Americans.

And the FBI had a criminal law enforcement responsibility, and it was focused on terrorism primarily as a criminal act.”

He continued, “Then came 9/11 and people understood that the firewall between the intelligence community looking outward and the FBI only looking at criminal matters inward was a failed prescription and that we needed to coordinate better.

We needed to take down the firewall, make sure that the FBI knew where its lanes were, the intelligence committee knew where its lanes were. It was actually a very successful shift and a very important development in the response to 9/11.”

Awkward enough?

I think so.
